Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-refundable items:


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete the refund, we will need a receipt or confirmation of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your refund is received and verified, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refund

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the company that issued your credit card. The official notification of the refund may take some time. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent. If you have completed all of this and have not yet received a refund, please contact us at info@finfishing.eu.


Sale

Only products at the regular price can be returned. Discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@finfishing.eu and send your product to: Kölikaari 2, 54915 Saimaanharju


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your refund. After receiving the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver sent the order to himself so that it could be delivered to you later, we will send a refund to the giver, and they will know about your refund.


Return of delivery

To return an item, please send it to: Kölikaari 2, 54915 Saimaanharju, Finland. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when you return the product. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time required for the exchanged item to be delivered to you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
